Group Psychotherapy

At Sagi Shalom Counselling, we offer group psychotherapy for adults and a dedicated group for children, both utilizing creative methods such as psychodrama.

Group Psychotherapy for Adults: Our adult group sessions meet for 12 sessions, each lasting 90 minutes. Participants engage in a supportive environment where they can explore their emotions, relationships, and life experiences through role-playing and dramatic techniques. Psychodrama encourages self-expression, enhances interpersonal skills, and fosters personal growth, allowing individuals to gain insights into their behaviors and interactions in a safe space.

Psychodrama Group Therapy for Children: Divided by age groups and meets for 12 sessions, with each session lasting 60 minutes. Through play, role-play, and psychodrama, children can express their feelings, navigate challenges, and develop social skills in a fun and engaging way.

This creative approach helps to build resilience and fosters connections with peers, enhancing their emotional well-being. The group focuses on improving communication and social skills, providing support for friendships and relationships with peers, and addressing anxiety and school stress.

Both groups at Sagi Shalom Counselling are designed to create a sense of community, promote healing, and empower participants through the power of creativity and shared experiences.
