Publications and Research
My research focuses on mental health and well-being in areas like substance misuse, eating disorders, obesity prevention, and supporting people with ADHD and other neurodiverse needs.
I’ve conducted research on improving clients and professionals in substance misuse services and explored body image issues, especially for women going through fertility treatment or choosing not to have children. I also led a major program to prevent obesity and trained others on understanding eating disorders.
Additionally, I work on ways to better support people with ADHD and neurodiversity, using practical approaches that help them thrive and improve their quality of life.
